Jason is an associate practicing in commercial litigation
and class proceedings. Jason acts on a wide range of
litigation matters with an emphasis on business related
actions. He and a senior firm partner were recently
successful at trial in defending a breach of contract
claim against the financing arm of a leading computer
company. The matter involved multiple lease and
assignment agreements and related airline bankruptcy

partner were entirely successful in obtaining judgment

decision to strike out one of the City’s related actions.
A significant portion of Jason’s practice is specialized in
class proceedings, including national unpaid overtime class actions against major Canadian banks.
Jason has dispute resolution experience in negligence and contract matters and has acted on lawyer regulatory matters regarding conflicts of interest and duties of loyalty.
