David is an associate whose practice includes civil litigation, commercial litigation, and class proceedings. Prior to joining Roy Elliott O’Connor LLP, he articled at a large national law firm.

While in law school at the University of Toronto, David volunteered for Pro Bono Students Canada in a variety of capacities, including for its Family Law Project at the Ontario Court of Justice. He was also chair of Out in Law, the LGBT students’ group, and was an editor and columnist for Ultra Vires, the law school’s student paper. In his first year, he was an associate editor for the Indigenous Law Journal.

David is interested in constitutional law and medical malpractice litigation and has work experience in both areas. He has been a research assistant to Professor Lorraine Weinrib and to the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law.
